Canet de Mar -Barcelona)\nPrice: 620 € (*)\n(*) Possibility to receive a discount through Reimagine Textile Scholarships\nTYPE OF WORKSHOP\nFashion / on-body material exploration and fabrication\nDuring the workshop you will be introduced to production techniques and industrial yarns\nThe aim of this stage is to provide participants with a hands-on learning experience in textile futures and explore the role of experimenting in designing them. Different case studies will be\nintroduced to illustrate emerging design practices in the textile/soft domain. Starting from beginner level, participants will be progressively introduced to smart and functional materials. A series of small workshop-like activities will provide hands-on experience and methods based on material experimentation.
