XPatient Barcelona Congress 2018 is one of the main actions promoted by the XPA Barcelona (Patient Experience) – a community of practice that brings together hospitals, technology, research and administration institutions – in order to transform the assistance model so that it places the patient as the key and priority element.

At the congress, the conclusions drawn from the workshops and activities of the XPA Barcelona will be announced and the medical community will be invited to participate in the results extracted, in order to bring out the initiatives and best practices and help implement them in the health system.

The organizing committee of XPatient Barcelona points out that the patient’s experience is the third pillar of quality in medical care, together with the security and effectiveness of the treatment.
